Leaving EKG Strips at the ER's

2009-04-23 Effective Immediately:

• Please make sure you attach the patient’s name (either by handwriting or placing a patient sticker from the ED) to the strip(s).

• Also . . . . make sure your times are on your abbreviated report prior to leaving it with the ED staff.
