RE: **UPDATE**Clearance of COVID Positive, symptomatic and or exposed individuals from our previous advice

Clearance of COVID Positive, symptomatic and or exposed individuals from our previous advice. We believe that all agencies in Seminole County and Maitland should adopt a clearance protocol that does not include negative testing because obtaining testing has become extremely cumbersome and creates inordinate delays in returning healthy individuals back to work. The basis of the new policy is that 10 days after exhibiting symptoms or having had a positive COVID test and at least three days without fever and/or other major symptoms such respiratory, the individual can return to work without negative testing but must wear facial covering and apply social distancing and washing frequent protocols. It is clear that risk of transmission of COVID following the above guidelines is close to or equal to zero.
