Requests for Call Reviews

2009-05-14

Please be reminded that all requests for the Medical Director’s office to review a call, must be submitted through LuWayne Bradley.

Upon receipt, LuWayne attaches a copy of the IR and EKGs (if applicable) and forwards the entire package to this office for review. This helps streamline the process by us receiving everything we need to begin a review.

We want to review all of the requested charts, but to do so, we have to stay organized.
