RE: Masks
It has come to my attention from several hospital EDs that masks are not being worn when entering the ED.
It is mandatory per the hospitals that patients and paramedics and EMTs must be wearing a mask upon entering the ED.
Effective immediately, I will leave it up to each individual agency EMS Chief to handle as they seem appropriate to enforce this hospital requirement and it needs to be enforced.
